PP Tape

主要用于电力电缆、控制电缆、交联电缆、矿缆、通讯电缆等。是无纺布带和PVC带的良好替代材 料。PP带具有良好的拉伸强度，断裂伸长率及剥离性，低温下不发硬，高温下热收缩率好，绕线较 长，可以有效减少停车次数，降低劳动强度。PP带厚度仅为无纺布带的1/3, 黑带的1/4左右，从而 节约了外护套料，大幅度降低了电缆成本。

透明型PP带，使用全新料制成，通过ROHS及REACH认证，适用于出口环

保线缆。

平纹型PP带，俗称改性PP带，经过改性，适用于各种线缆绕包，主要用于 电力电缆、橡塑电缆等。

压花型PP带，俗称点子PP带，拉伸强度好，适用于铠装电缆高速绕包机绕包。

PP tape:

Mainly used for power cable, control cable, XLPE cable, mine cable, communication cable, etc.. Is a good substitute material non-woven tape and PVC tape. PP tape has good tensile strength, and easy stripping, low temperatures is not hard, and not easy shrink at high temperature. PP tape with a thickness of only 1/3 non-woven tape and 1/4 of PVC tape. so can saving the outer sheath material, greatly reduces the cost of cable.

There are three type tape:

Transparent PP tape, made of pure material, through ROHS and REACH certification.

Plain type PP tape,: commonly known as modified PP, applicable to all kinds of cable winding, mainly for power cable, rubber cable etc..

Embossing PP type: the tensile strength is good, suitable for high speed winding machine winding armored cable.
